Processing Time

If an item is in stock and ready to ship, it will typically be dispatched within 7 business days.

Some pieces may require additional preparation or finishing before dispatch. In these cases, processing can take approximately 10–12 business days. This allows us to carefully inspect and prepare each piece to ensure it meets our standards.

We offer free shipping on all orders over €300. For orders below this amount, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method.

We carefully choose the most suitable carrier for each shipment to ensure the best possible service. All orders are fully trackable, and tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Our jewellery is crafted with premium VVS moissanite, one of the most durable gemstones in the world. With a hardness of 9.25 on the Mohs scale, moissanite is second only to natural diamond, making it exceptionally resistant to scratching and everyday wear.

Unlike jewellery made with cubic zirconia, crystal, or other diamond simulants, moissanite will never become cloudy or lose its brilliance over time. We proudly offer a lifetime clarity guarantee on all of our moissanite stones.

Each piece is crafted from premium Italian 925 sterling silver and finished with a luxurious platinum coating for enhanced shine, water resistance, and everyday durability.

Like all fine jewellery, our pieces should be handled with care to preserve their beauty for years to come. Avoid applying excessive force to chains, clasps, and settings. If you experience difficulty opening or closing a clasp, we recommend handling it gently rather than forcing it.
